Retreats and Workshops for Women

Stories Around The Campfire -a way to support ourselves
Stories are the traditional and oldest way that people share experiences and re-tell information. Stories inspire, heal and motivate people to action.  This fun and creative workshop is designed to help you tell your story and make connections with other women. It is a time to honor both our uniqueness and our connectiveness. No prior storytelling skills required; just an openness to participate. S’mores included!

Yoga And Stories Around The Campfire -weekend retreat
This retreat combines the popularity of the Stories Around The Campfire workshop with gentle yoga sequences. The asansas or postures prepare our bodies and minds to stretch in new directions. Co-hosted with Jessie Thompson of The Yoga Loft of Bethlehem, this retreat promises to bring us closer to ‘what we always wanted to be.’

Restoring Our Spirit
Using guided imagery, meditation and movement this workshop is intended to help participants slow down, take a deep breath and practice ways to release negativity and experience joy. We create a safe, comfortable space to regain one of the best parts of yourself.

Borderless Speaking

Cherry works with event planners and clients to build the audience appropriate speech that delivers the impact they want. • Creating a plan for the fix
